This is one of my favorite recipes all recipes I ve tried. It is so easy to prepare and you prepare the marinade in advance so it is important for working people. I suggest that the recipes for most of my friends who do not know what to prepare for snacks for the collection such as TV time watching the World Cup with family and friends. It s not as fat as needed so grilling can get rid of excess oil. Hope you enjoy it as much as I can.

Serves
Ingredients fibromyalgia
chicken wings
tablespoons soy sauce
tablespoons honey
tablespoons ketchup
cloves garlic peeled and crushed
cm ginger chopped
tablespoon lime juice
tablespoons hoisin sauce
/ teaspoon white pepper powder or black
pepper powdertablespoons butter or margarine melted
Method
Pat dry with paper towels rinsed chicken wings and set aside.
In a non-metal bowl large enough wings in a single layer to keep Mix all ingredients except the patient butter / margarine
Add chicken wings and soak now and then to coat thoroughly. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Remove wings from marinade and reserve marinade basting.
Grilled chicken wings on a rack about cm above center hot coals for minutes.
Turn wings frequently and brush with remaining marinade and butter / margarine until wings are brown.
Alternatively fry chicken wings with a oven C for minutes
