How to Grill Chicken

Perhaps the most difficult food to grill because it is so easy to cook under or over cook. Ordinary people get food poisoning from under cooked chicken. Then on the other side to avoid overflowing and dry solid food.

The more difficult option but definitely the most flavorful. The whole chicken will taste delicious toast and the outer skin is caramelized.

Use direct heat grill for indirect heat grilling cuts and smaller for larger pieces or whole chicken.

Once you know how to barbecue chicken the way it is easier.

When the chicken is cooking the fat seeps through the grate which causes flare-ups. When grilling chicken it is important to flare-ups of all charges this is the easiest way to burn.

Keep a spray bottle of water handy to put any flare-ups can occur. You can even remove the outer skin of your chicken pieces to remove excess fat dripping from the grill to avoid.
