Cook - How To Cook Chicken Oven - How to Cook Lima Beans (aka Butter Beans)

No Thanksgiving in my house when I was a girl not beans. In this respect beans are an accompaniment to almost all the sun-in-the-food Kinfolk. Alone we usually called them butter beans.

Beans are popular in the southern part of the United States probably less than other regions

A fact I recently learned that the bean is more south than even I had suspected They are grown and eaten in South America thousands of years ago.

Fresh beans are the best although they require more work prepare them including shootings. You re probably in the fresh Limas found at a farmers market especially in the South.

Alternately feel free to dried or frozen ones that use your supermarket carries. You can probably find both large and small

If you start with dried beans beans you should run for at least five hours
