Easy Healthy Crunchy Oven-Fried Chicken
Makes servings Serving Size / breast or small drumsticks
/ cup skim milk or buttermilk
teaspoon poultry seasoning
cup cornflakes crumbled
/ tablespoon onion powder
/ tablespoon garlic powder
tsp pepper
teaspoons dried pepper ground
teaspoon ground ginger
pieces chicken skinless breasts drumsticks
teaspoon vegetable oil use to grease baking pan
a few shakes of paprika
. Preheat oven to F.
. Add / teaspoon cream of chicken seasoning.
. Combine all other spices with cornflake crumbs and place in a plastic bag.
. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken into milk shake to remove excess then quickly shake in bag with seasoning and breadcrumbs.
. Refrigerate for hour.
. Remove from refrigerator and sprinkle lightly with paprika for color.
. Evenly space chicken on greased pan.
. Cover with foil and bake minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional - minutes or until food easily pulled away from the bone with a fork. The drumsticks may require less baking time than breasts. form a crisp crumb
